Please complete the following form to submit a warranty claim. We will contact you within 2 business days regarding your claim. TrimLast reserves the right to investigate any claim hereunder. Upon verification of a claim, TrimLast shall, at its sole discretion, either arrange for the delivery of replacement Product or issue a refund equal to the original cost of the Product only. In either instance, Consumer Purchaser shall allow TrimLast at least ninety (90) days for investigation and response.
